Senshi Kai a freestyle martial arts club which is Karate based but also incorporates Muay Thai, Kick boxing, Weaponary and Ju Jitsu components within the syllabus.
We pride ourselves on teaching proven techniques, whilst having fun in a safe and controlled environment. Our training is affordable and caters for all members of the community.
We also offer Jissen Budo International all round fighting classes located in our North Adelaide studio, for those that are interested in mixed martial arts, full contact fighting.
Martial arts promotes learning and teaches respect and discipline. It is also a fun way to develop the qualities of a good character. It will improve your child's ability to listen, understand and carry out actions in a structured environment. The virtues of Bushido are those that have been followed by Japanese culture and budo practitioners for centuries.
Our adult classes will not only give you the ability to defend yourself in the event of a threat being present. It will increase your mindset, along with your physical capacity and abilities to make your mind and your body a weapon. Martial arts learned, practiced and maintained will always become a muscle memory reaction as opposed to the flight response (fight or flight).
1 on 1 training is available for both Senshi Kai Martial arts and Jissen Budo International available on request. Group classes or seminars are available also on request
Are you interested in your work place, party, sporting group or friends learning how to defend themselves. Seminars, private classes and corporate bookings are able to be booked. The training management package will be implemented for use in schools late 2023.
All senior instructors have in excess of 10 years experience instructing and are all qualified trainer and assessor certified, holding a blue card.
